Staff was helpful in arranging for a child's mattress, but it did not fit into the room.

There was not enough room in the dining room for breakfast, and long queues resulted. The rooms are much much too small. The shower is almost impossible to fit inside.

Hotel and our room (superior twin) was romantic, clean and spacious, staff helpful. Good location - metro, cafe, boulangerie, food store etc all close around it.

the aico was defect and it was 40 degrees. I paid the room when i entered and at my room i noticed that it was defect. I believe you have to offer the right to cancel the room with that temperture

Staff was not respectfull towards my wife. Wanted to sell extra products, they we in capable to answer questions like: How long does it take to get to the airport by train from here? Instead thet tried to sell their friends busdrivers tickets. Moreover we staye 3nights and the hotelroom wasnt cleaned onces!!!! Even after asking explicitly.

The location,plus the fact that breakfast and internet were included.

We'd requested a twin room, with 2 beds. They said they'd never received that specific request from Booked.net so we were given a double room with one small bed instead. It was very cramped.

Location was good. Breakfast was simple, and always the same, but I always ate all. Room size was small, but I've been to smaller ones. Staff was kind.

There was AC system in the room, but wasn't functional. Luckily the weather was tolerable.

Good location, 10 minutes walking to the Opera and 50 meters far to the metro. Beds, towels and cleaniness are correct. However, fitted carpet and bathtub could be cleaner.

A bit small room. Awful shower: It smelt like damp, so hard to regulate, impossible to hang... Even we stayed in a refurbished room (I don't know if every room is), it didn't look very good preserved.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Paris and close to wonderful restaurants and tourist destinations.

The room and bathroom were very small, but comfortable. The continental breakfast was not ready at 7 am, as we had been told it would be. We had to catch a train, and couldn't eat our breakfast at the hotel, as a result, but we were allowed to take some baguettes and croissants "to go".

No, I got disapointed about the hotel, I expected better locations and more confortable rooms, so I saw in the website pictures of the rooms that look too much bigger and cozy.

It was in a nice, bustly working area (St Georges) with good access to 2 metro stations. The contitnental breakfast was fine.

The room was not ready when I checked in at 2.30 and I was ushered into the bathroom while the cleaner made the bed! Internet connection sometimes didn't work. The room was gloomy and unloved, a superior double big enough for 1. It's one of those places where you have to leave the key with them and they lock the door so you have to buzz to get in. I didn't have any problems getting in but still prefer to come and go as I please. Also they asked me to pay the bill the night before check out. Never had that before. The shower door didn't shut fully and hairdryer wasn't working. It was cheap at 65 eruos a night so if you just need somewhere well situated to lay your head it's ok I guess.

Nothing at all. It was outrageous, the worst hotel experience ever!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

First of all, the staff was rude. When I arrived there, I was immediatly sent to another hotel in the middle of the night, without a previous note or advice, even tough I had awarned them I would be checking in late. When I came back the next day, I was lodged in a rather precarious room. The air conditioner was broken and there was water dripping from the tap. I asked for a price reduction but they used many means to circumvent my demand. outrageous!

The hotel stated at the Booked.net that there is air-cons in entire rooms, but when we asked for the air-con remote after checked-in, the receptionist said "all air-conditioners are broken". That must be a lie, a big lie. Then we ask when will the air-con be fixed, he said no we wont fix it -0- and the rubbish in the rubbish bin have not been clean for more than 2 days.

Even by parisien Standards, the rooms are small and the included breakfast was very,very poor.From flatware to the china,to the location of the breakfast room and service,not to mension the Buffet selection.

Room and en-suite were small but clean and adequate for use. Breakfast was nice. Location was good close to Metro and shops.
